LINDA LIU, MD
Voted by her peers as a “Top Doc” by Phoenix Magazine in 2011 and 2013, Dr. Liu integrates cutting-edge technology with attention to aesthetics to obtain the best oncologic and cosmetic outcomes.
She performs skin-sparing and nipple-sparing mastectomies and works closely with her plastic surgery colleagues during lumpectomies to reshape the breast with oncoplastic technique. This innovative approach allows larger tumors to be removed without mastectomy, while often improving the patient’s cosmetic appearance.
Dr. Linda Liu completed her general surgery training at the University of Michigan, one of the largest comprehensive cancer centers in the United States.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and her medical degree with honors from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.
Dr. Liu grew up outside of Washington, D.C. and enjoys art history, Japanese gardens, and the narrative behind tattoos.
Dr. Liu sees patients at the Scottsdale location. Please call for an appointment at (480) 629.8390.
“Unravelling the complex issues of the treatment plan for the patient is almost as important as the technical aspects of the surgery. If I can thoroughly educate the patient on her options, she will be empowered to make the best decision for herself.”
